This class focuses on "policies and procedures for managing a business development organization; the role and characteristics of the business development function; techniques for selecting, training, supervising, and evaluating business development personnel including ethical and legal considerations." (Villanova Course Catalog)

This was the final course that gave me a concentration in Business Development. One of my favorite things about this class was my professor, who works at Merck. It was always interesting to hear his stories about how what we were learning applied to the real world and how it actually impacted his day to day job.
